Welcome to 2024! First, I want to thank our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ for another year to grow in His grace and truth! I felt impressed to share this scripture for January.
Psalm 65:11 You crown the year with Your goodness,
And Your paths drip with abundance.
Do you believe this? I do, and you can too. This is a promise that your year will be crowned, not just with goodness, but with His Goodness!
I love the way the second part of this verse in the Passion Translation – b..Wherever you go, the tracks of your chariot wheels drip with oil. To me, this is an invitation to come and experience His goodness and His paths that drip with “oil”. Oil is a symbol of the Holy Spirit and of abundance. He has so much of both for you this year and every year.
His desire for us is to walk in His Abundance of:
- Freedom – Romans 8:2
- Healing – 1 Peter 2:24
- Health – 3 John 1:2
- Peace – Isaiah 53:5
- Favor – Ephesians 1:6
- Prosperity – 2 Corinthians 8:9
- Revelation – Ephesians 1:17
Every one of these scriptures “drips with His Goodness and Abundance” just for you! All of this is yours. You don’t have to earn it, work for it, deserve it or beg for it. It was already freely given to you when Jesus went to the cross and accomplished all of the plan of God in every way!
Let’s start out our year releasing and walking in what we already have in the spirit. Draw it out through faith and believing you are partaking of every gift that He has given you in this life.
