Happy Monday, friends! The enemy wants you to believe you’re weak, defeated, and powerless—but that’s a lie. The truth? You are strong in the Lord! Not because of your own ability, but because His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Today, let’s dive into God’s Word and see who you really are in Christ!
Your Strength Comes from Agreement with God
The Bible doesn’t say, “Feel strong.” It says, “Let the weak say, I am strong!” (Joel 3:10 AMPC). Your words shape your reality. If you keep saying, “I can’t,” you’ll live in defeat. But when you declare, “I am strong in the Lord!”—you align yourself with God’s truth.
“For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” (Matthew 12:34)
What you believe will come out of your mouth. So guard your heart (Proverbs 4:23) and fill it with God’s promises!
You Are Empowered Through Union with Christ
You don’t have to muster up strength on your own. Your power comes from your connection, your union to Jesus.
“Be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].” (Ephesians 6:10 AMPC)
This means no matter how weak you feel, His strength is always available to you.
God Fights for You—So Fear Nothing!
The enemy wants you afraid, but God is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). He arms you with power (Psalm 18:32) and makes your way perfect.
“The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” (Hebrews 13:6)
When you know God is fighting for you, fear loses its grip!
You Can Do ALL Things Through Christ
Not some things. All things.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
That means no obstacle is too big, no battle too hard. His strength is limitless!
Your Strength Is Renewed When You Wait on Him
Feeling weary? God renews those who wait on Him.
“But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)
Rest in Him. Let Him refuel you. You won’t burn out—you’ll soar!
Final Encouragement: Walk in His Strength Today!
You are armed with divine power (Psalm 18:32). You are unshakable (Isaiah 12:2). You are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). So say it out loud: “I AM STRONG IN THE LORD!”
Prayer:
Father, I pray for every person right now that they will see your Strength in them, and not look to their selves, but to the ONE who gives them divine, supernatural strength in every situation. thank You that Your strength is mine. Help me walk in bold faith, declaring Your Word over my life. I refuse fear, weakness, or defeat—because I am strong in You! Today, this week, “let the weak SAY “I Am Strong”! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Remember: You are LOVED. You are RIGHTEOUS. And you are HIS! 💪🔥
Praise god! I am strong in the lord! Good morning, Colleen and thank you for your encouraging words.
