Good morning, friends, He has such a good word for you today. Right now, the world is looking for something to satisfy their emptiness, loneliness, and their longing for meaning and purpose. Unfortunately, they are looking in all the wrong places and listening to destructive voices.
In my ministering to others, I see some of the same happening among the saints of God. This should not be. The reason He has me writing this today, is He is calling us back to Him, and only Him. He is the only One who will satisfy every longing, every dream, every vision and purpose, every health issue, every family issue and every secret in your own heart.
As you read this, listen to what He is saying to your heart; He tells us that He will satisfy!
Psalm 107:9
For He satisfies the longing soul And fills the hungry soul with goodness.
Psalm 37:3
3 Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
4 Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your (B)heart.
Isaiah 55: 1-2
“Ho! Everyone who thirsts,
Come to the waters;
And you who have no money,
(Come, buy and eat.
Yes, come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend money for what is not bread,
And your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And let your soul delight itself in abundance.
These verses will set you free from looking for other things to satisfy you in life. Some are not good for you at all and some are distractions from the what is true about you. What God offers does not have a price to it, other than come and be fed by Him! He offers it without a price, because the prices was paid for you.
He is asking why do you go after what will never satisfy your soul? Selah, think about that. Why do spend time and money on what is not “bread”? He is the Bread from heaven, and this is what will fulfill the longing soul and feed the hunger inside you.
He is reminding us to come to His waters and receive from Him without money, without earning or deserving it, and freely take it.
I am going to leave us with these thoughts:
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And let your soul delight itself in abundance.
Whatever it is that you need today and for the rest of your life, He has it and has already provided for our every need. Let Him fulfill all that you need!
Remember, you are Loved, you are Righteous, and you are His!
