God’s Benefits For You!

Greetings friends.  It’s another Monday morning, another week to invite the Holy Spirit into everything we do, to have another adventure in Him!

I love the Bible.  I love reading the Word of God.  There is nothing else like it anywhere or anything else that has ever been written.  I was reading Psalm 103 this past week and I sensed that I should bring this to your remembrance, so today we will talk about “God’s Benefits For You!”

Psalm 103:2-5

Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The entire Word of God is beneficial for us in every way for our lives, but these specific verses spell out just a few of His benefits of our relationship with Him.  So powerful.

You are:

  • Forgiven
  • Healed
  • Redeemed
  • Crowned
  • Satisfied
  • Renewed/Restored. – in TPT this phrase I “You’ve supercharged my life”

Wow, this is amazing!  We are forgiven of ALL our sins and healed of ALL our diseases.  Your life has already been redeemed, rescued.  You are crowned with love and mercy, and He wants you satisfied in your life.  Fully restored to your original intent.

God sees you as you really are.  The question is, do we?  If you don’t, make the time to read this over and over and let the Holy Spirit show you scriptures from the New Covenant that you indeed are a recipient of all these benefits and these never run out.

Brothers and sisters, see yourselves as God sees you.  All these benefits are yours because of Christ and His finished work at the cross, nothing else, nothing more, nothing less!  All because of His Great Love For You!

Remember, you are Loved, you are Righteous, and you are His!

  4. This is one of my favorite psalms- there’s so many great things about it, but you brought to my mind something I hadn’t thought of. Using it to change how I see myself, to see myself as God does through these words. Thanks, Colleen, and God bless you and Dave!
