I Corinthians 2:12 – Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
Isn’t this awesome, that our Creator, The God of the universe, our Father, wants us to KNOW what has already been given FREELY to us by Him. We don’t have to beg Him to know these things. He wants us to know, He’s the one inviting us to come and know. That is simply Amazing!
He wants to spend some time talking to you through His Word, and the Holy Spirit will reveal these things to your heart. Listen to what I Corinthians 2:10 says –
10 Yet to us God has unveiled and revealed them by and through His Spirit, for the [Holy] Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God [the [a]divine counsels and things hidden and beyond man’s scrutiny]. AMPC
Ask the Lord to show you just how good He is to you and what He has freely given you. There is an unveiling and a revealing that He wants to give you. It’s not just information in your head, but deep into your soul and heart and attitude.
As Christ lives in you, it will take Eternity to search out the “riches of His grace”; which has so freely been given to us and unveiled to our hearts, so start today. Could life be any sweeter?
