Words Are Working For You Or Against You!

What Are You Telling Yourself Today?

Good Monday Morning Friends,

I’ve been thinking about words lately and why they are so important.  So, I have a question for you; What Are You Telling Yourself Today?  I am fully aware that people have a tendency to think more negatively than positively and when that happens their words become more negative than positive.

For this Monday, I want to give you encouraging Words from the Lord to shift your thinking and in turn, shift your words to work for you and not against you.

Get ready to get encouraged and allow these Words to bring you joy, peace, strength, and healing for your soul and for your body.

Today, and this week, take these scriptures just like you would take medicine, declare them out loud so your mind and body hears it and let His Words do their work in you!

Declare these with boldness, faith and conviction!

Proverbs 17:22 – A merry heart does good, like medicine,
But a broken spirit dries the bones.

  • Lord, thank you that your Word is medicine to my flesh and it is bringing life and health to the core of my being!

Proverbs 3:1-2 – My son, do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands;
For length of days and long life And peace they will add to you.

  • Lord, thank you that today, I am remembering what your Word says and I am choosing to keep it in my heart and to do it.  Therefore, I have length of days, long life and the peace that only you can provide to walk through the journey I am on.

Proverbs 3:7-8 AMPC – Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones.

  • Today, I am not looking to my own opinions about myself or my situation, but I am looking unto Jesus and what He has already done for me at the cross and now I am receiving health to my nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to my bones.

Psalm 91:14-16 AMPC – 14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].

15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.

  • Today Lord, I remember that I can set my love upon you because You first loved me (1 John 4:19) and I am thankful that you have already delivered me out of darkness and lies and you have set me in high, even as your Word says, “ that I am seated with Christ in heavenly places”  (Eph. 2:6).  I thank you for my personal relationship with you and because of that, you will never ever forsake me and as I call on you, you will answer me with every direction that I need.  Thank you that you are with me in every situation and circumstance to bring me out into that high place you have set me on.   My leaps for joy that You have promised me long life and to reveal your true salvation for me all the days of my life!

Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

  • Lord, thank you that I am on your mind all the time and how precious are those thoughts (Psalm 139: 17-18) I come into agreement with you that you have given me peace and your destiny for me is a future filled with hope and fulfillment of all your good word in me!

Tak. The time this week and speak out these words over every situation, meditate on them, pray over them and see how these seeds will grow and produce the fruit that can only come from God’s Word for ou.

Remember, you are Loved, you are Righteous, and you are His!
