Are You Plugged Into THE Source?

Good Monday Morning Friends,

Today, let’s think of your life like a device. It can be beautiful, well-designed, even full of potential — but without being plugged into power, it can’t function. Jesus says He is the true Vine, the one Source of life, growth, power, and fruitfulness.

To be in Him is to be connected, (plugged in) — fully, spiritually, and continually — to the One who empowers everything you are called to be and do.

Being Spiritually Connected:

Abiding Brings Fruit (John 15:1-5)

  • Branches don’t struggle to produce fruit — they simply stay connected.
  • Every branch that is in Christ is clean and pruned to bear more fruit.
  • The key is abiding — staying, remaining, resting in the Vine.

The Life of Christ in You (John 14:20)

“At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.”

  • Christ isn’t just for you; He is in you.
  • There is no distance — only connection. Jesus is in the Father, you are in Him, and He is in you.
  • That’s not theory — that’s your spiritual reality.

You Are Chosen, Called, and Connected

1 Peter 2:9

You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood… His own special people…

  • You’re not just saved; you’re set apart.
  • You’re plugged into purpose and identity.
  • You were called out of darkness into His marvelous light.

Colossians 1:13-14 He has delivered us from the power of darkness…

  • You’ve been transferred into the kingdom of God’s Dear Son — that’s where your healing, hope, and victory flow from.

Psalm 119:50
“This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life.”

You are not striving to get connected. If you’re in Christ, you already are connected. You can walk in that awareness — stay plugged in by keeping your soul (mind, will, emotions) united with your spirit and the Word.

How to Stay Plugged In

Just like an unplugged device is powerless, we too can live disconnected — in our thoughts, our words, and our focus.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” (Proverbs 18:21)

Here’s some ways to stay spiritually plugged in:

  • Speak Life: What you say programs your mind and body. Speak what the Word says — about your health, identity, and future.
  • Think Healthy: Renew your mind to align with what you already have in Christ (Romans 12:2).
  • Focus on the Unseen:

“We do not look at the things which are seen… but the things which are not seen.” (2 Corinthians 4:18)
The eternal is what’s real — focus there.

Declare this today over your own heart!

I’m plugged into the Vine. I have the life of Christ flowing through me. I will bear much fruit, because apart from Him, I can do nothing.”

Remember, you are Loved, you are Righteous, and you are His!
