🌅 He Is There: When Grace Finds You in the Darkest Place 🌅

Good Morning Friends,

There are moments when an old memory suddenly resurfaces—one of those heavy ones that tries to make your heart sink. I had that moment recently. I remembered something I did long ago, something undeniably wrong. And as those thoughts rose up, I realized the enemy was attempting to lead my thoughts down his road of despair—the voice that whispers, “How could I? Can this ever be redeemed? Does God still love me?” The second road of thought from the Holy Spirit is humility—the one that leads you straight back to the God who redeemed you the moment you said yes to Jesus and were born again.

As I sat with those thoughts, the Lord gently reminded me of Psalm 139:7–10, a passage that has rescued many wandering thoughts and hearts before mine:
“Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.
If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.”

Have you ever felt like you’ve drifted so far—emotionally, spiritually, or morally—that even God couldn’t find you? Like you’ve slipped into a place dark enough that His light can’t reach? Let this truth settle deep inside your spirit YOU ARE WRONG! God doesn’t lose track of His children. Whether you’re standing on a mountaintop in victory or curled up in the valley of regret, He will never leave you nor forsake you—ever.

When God said in Isaiah 43:25 –
“I, only I, am He who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins. And then repeats this in Hebrews 8:12 –  For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins  and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

He means what He is saying. Just these 2 verses alone should keep your thoughts from the emotion of regret. This is why we needed a Savior, a Redeemer! He knew everything about you and His heart was to have you as His! Let the past go, you can’t go back and do it again, that’s why Jesus came. He fixed it with His blood and His sacrifice.

Before Jesus came, humanity had never known such unwavering love. No one had experienced this level of commitment—this relentless pursuit of a broken heart. Through Christ, we didn’t just receive forgiveness; we received a new identity. A new nature. A new creation reality. Today, my life is held—literally—in His hands. His will is being done in my life, often in ways I don’t see until much later. Let me ask you: Is it the same for you? If not, it can be. All He asks is all of you, not the edited version you show to others.

No matter where you’ve been, what you’ve done, or how far you think you’ve fallen, God’s promise remains unshaken: He will lead you, and He will not let you go. Psalm 139 doesn’t just describe God’s omnipresence—it reveals His relentless nearness and His longing for your fellowship. This week, I encourage you to sit quietly with Psalm 139:1–12. Read it slowly. Read it as if it were written just for you. You may discover a new, breathtaking portrait of the One who is your Savior, Healer, Deliverer, Provider, and Lover of your soul.

So remember this, deeply and truly— You are Loved. You are Righteous. You are His.
